Cosmic War theory is that Earth and humanity is in a quarantine zone and paying tribute to winners of a war long ago. Tribute is in form of human sacrifice, resources, human slaves. He makes analogy of earth being the Germany subjected to Versailles treaty after WW1. And then makes analogy of what Germany did after to rearm in secret which is what the secret space programs are for to break us out of the Treaty. Which could trigger another comics war.
"Comic war" is a good slip of the tongue. There are no "secret space programs" of the sort you imagine. Not that we don't have secret payloads (mostly optical and radioelectronic intelligence collection). No cosmic war.
I love definitive statements from people who have no possible way of knowing the validity of their statements. Unless you are very high up in the black budget operations that are so compartmentalized that no one person likely even has an overview, you are as clueless as the rest of us. Except you have an opinion that you pass off as fact.
You wouldn't know anything about "high up in the black budget operations" if you are talking like a cartoon character. I was in the business for 40 years. Very informed opinion. At least I know what I'm talking about.
