Intent shouldn't matter to change the results. Proving it happened and the other person lost would be enough to flip it to lake. Lake isn't proving who is guilty so much as the wrong person was declared the winner. Get her in office and then worry about the guilty.
MC already admitted intent with the statement about the techs changing the printer settings. Those settings were changed intentionally.
Was it enough to change the results? They admitted 1300 ballots affected in 3 locations but we know for a fact there were at least 6 locations affected.
What if 60 locations were affected? That's a potential 26000 ballots.
That's not taking into account those that gave up and went home due to the backlog caused.
That's a problem then because Plaintiff's expert testified only that it could have changed the outcome. I have only followed the trial on here maybe I'm wrong. If I am not, then the defense will be entitled to a directed verdict.

That's what I think, too, which is why I am looking to see if it gets overturned on appeal due to judicial error by the judge.
