How is it possible that not one of these prisoners cases have made it to the Supreme Court for violating at least parts of their 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Amendment Rights, with the 8th being the most abused? Has any of their lawyers even filed such a case?
If these were Democrats in jail Perkins Coie would have showed up and represented them for free. They would have been in front of SCOTUS long ago.
My question and frustration is there seems to be no equivalent in the Republican Party or MAGA. No super law firm or group of lawyers that defend Republican to the death, like the Dems have.
Hell, why can’t sharp attorneys like Matt Gaetz and Jim Jordan take time to represent them? It makes no sense this has gone on this long.
It almost has me believing D.C. is not part of the U.S.
Wouldn't you need a DC specific attorney? I know that's the case for attorneys working state-state, need multiple licenses. Since it's not a state maybe that's how they get away with it. Just spit balling ideas here

Sounds like a great idea.
We know DC is a cabal hellhole so where would they file the case? How could a lawyer get this started?

I think WinsAnon is an attorney and might be able to answer questions.
