Come on, my dude. If Q were an enemy, Q would be a nobody. Not someone anyone would recognize.

Even if Q were a single person, and a good guy, it's extremely unlikely that it'd be like, Abraham Lincoln's long lost son brought back from the dead with the sole purpose of saving us.

It'd just be a dude that they wouldn't be able to pin it on directly.
