What if those who voted by proxy are just in Gitmo and we're about to find out the Storm has already came and passed. This is the Deep States (MSM) last trick until we all find out the 226 have been found out to be traitors. AoC voting against would be make more sense. Falls in line with the National Guard story as well. Makes it seem like a mutiny instead of orders. I know I'm rambling, and I'm not sure if this will makes sense lol
