No. Reverse transcriptase takes mRNA and makes it back into DNA. The body does have mechanisms to help clean out faulty DNA, but this has been engineered. Thus, there is no guarantee that the affected body system will ever be able to remove the integrated new DNA. New DNA may then be passed down to the next generation.
