Off topic? Brennan literally gave speeches about weather modification. They admit it all the time they alter the weather through cloud seeding. The Texas state website literally has a page dedicated to the work they do cloud seeding. The Chinese do it all the time. It was done over Cambodia during the Vietnam war. Etc. Cloud seeding is always on topic. This fucktard with face tattoos sucks and I don't understand why everyone fawns over him. His music sucks ass.
