SEA.org
"The Sea Organization (also known as the Sea Org)[3] is a Scientology organization, which the Church of Scientology describes as a "fraternal religious order, comprising the religion’s most dedicated members".[4] All Scientology management organizations are controlled exclusively by members of the Sea Org.[5] David Miscavige, the de facto leader of Scientology, is the highest-ranking Sea Org officer, holding the rank of captain.[6]
The Sea Org has been described as a paramilitary organization[7] and as a private naval force,[8] having operated several vessels in its past and displaying a maritime tradition. Some ex-members and scholars have described the Sea Org as a totalitarian organization marked by intensive surveillance and a lack of freedom.[9] The Sea Org has also been compared to a monastic organization.[10]
The Sea Org was established on August 12, 1967, by L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Dianetics and Scientology, initially on board three ships, the Diana, the Athena, and the Apollo, with the latter serving as flagship.[12]
Academic Stephen A. Kent has argued that at least part of the reason for the establishment of the Sea Org was that the Church of Scientology's practices encountered resistance from the American Food and Drug Administration and the Internal Revenue Service, as well as from the governments of the United Kingdom, Australia, and Rhodesia. Sailing on the high seas meant the church could escape their attention.[20]
From the early 1970s to the start of the 21st century, the children of Sea Org members were often placed in the Cadet Org. Sea Org members may marry one another, but are not permitted to marry outside the organization; extra-marital sex is also prohibited.
According to Melton, couples with children must leave the Sea Org and return to other staff positions within the church until the child is six years old; thereafter the children are raised communally and allowed to visit their parents in the Sea Org on weekends. Children of members have themselves joined the Sea Org when they came of age.[34]
Several former members have said they were advised (or even forced) to have an abortion when they became pregnant to avoid being sent to lower organizations. Scientology presents itself as opposed to abortion and actively speaks out against it in its publications.[30][35]
Several scholars, writers and former members have compared the Sea Org to a paramilitary group.[7] In Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography (2008), Andrew Morton described it as a "fraternal paramilitary organization", and wrote that members are instructed to read The Art of War by General Sun Tzu, and On War by General Carl von Clausewitz.
He wrote that Scientology leader David Miscavige created an elite unit within the Sea Org called the "SEALs", named after the United States Navy SEALs, who receive better lodging, sustenance, and uniforms than other Sea Org members.[38]"

OSA - Office of Special Affairs
"The Office of Special Affairs (OSA), formerly the Guardian's Office, is a department of the Church of Scientology International. According to the Church, the OSA is responsible for directing legal affairs, public relations, pursuing investigations, publicizing the Church's "social betterment works," and "oversee[ing its] social reform programs".
Some observers outside the Church have characterized the department as an intelligence agency, comparing it variously to the CIA or the KGB.[1][2][3] The department has targeted critics of the Church with dead agent operations and character assassination.[4][5]
OSA is the successor to the now-defunct Guardian's Office,[6] which was responsible for Operation Snow White and Operation Freakout; both are in Department 20 in the Scientology organizational chart. The most recent head of OSA International was Mike Rinder, who has since departed from the organization and criticizes it severely, appearing as a co-host on Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath.[7]

Why does anyone care where a cult leading grifter is?
I only care about the cult and the research of it, as I believe also governments are infected by it/them.
But probably you only read the header and not the 'things' I stumbled over.
Leader of weird cult does weird cult things and then disappeared.
Scientology is a lot more than "just a cult". Scientology is a morally bankrupt organization that has a worldwide presence and a cashflow. Their sole purpose is to turn people into consumers of their overpriced books. That's literally all Scientology is ... an overpriced book store that relies on people being hypnotized so that they will blow hundreds of thousands of dollars for overpriced crap (kind of like what the USA has become under white liberal leadership over the years with respect to China).
The DS loves entities like that ... scumbags on the world stage with an exploitable cashflow. Moreover, we see politicians getting rich with "book deals" all of the time. Books are a favorite of the DS since they're cheap to print and burning a pile of them while telling people you sold them makes for a very convenient way to launder money. I know Scientology exaggerates their numbers, but they have more than enough resources to support all sorts of DS activities like false flags, instant protests.
Another "bonus" with Scientology is that people just assume that its a "tough nut to crack" from a legal perspective. The DS could hide all sorts of shit within the Scientology business. Moreover, Scientology will use every aspect of the US legal system to make your life a living hell if you cross their path. I mean, the DS couldn't ask for a better front for some of their worldwide activities!
Cults like the one run by that Jonestown fruitcake with Kool-Aid ... yeah, taking out someone like that won't do much for the world at large ... his influence was very limited.
Miscavige is different ... he has just enough influence on the world stage to make him valuable to degenerates. I am positive this fruitcake knows something about many of the people we despise in DC. He will talk too ... he is a degenerate ... he will rat out anyone and anything to save his ass.
I despise this organization ... I've never had any run-ins with them in real life, fortunately, but would gladly change that if it meant ridding the world of that kind of garbage.
🤔do cults fight other cults?...is this one of those "the enemy of my enemy is my friend?" situations
