NC State radio play-by-play announcer Gary Hahn has been suspended indefinitely following comments he made during Friday’s Duke’s Mayo Bowl, Learfield said in a statement. The comments came during a score update.
Hahn was in the middle of an update for the Sun Bowl when he said “Amongst the illegal aliens in El Paso,” according to WRAL-TV’s Keenan Willard. WRAL reached out to the university for comment, and a spokesperson sent a statement from Learfield confirming Hahn’s suspension
Could have been worse, like if he had called a man a man or a woman a woman. Still would have gotten fired and possibly charged with a hate crime as well.

He should definitely sue them. That is the correct term. They can sugar coat it all they want, and use whatever euphemism to cover it up, but at the end of the day, they are all illegal aliens.
