Bull crap. I don't usually take the side opposite of Trump, but that IS NOT the reason for the "lackluster" performance. We all saw the blatant cheating AGAIN. Abortion was even the top concern in most of the polls. Most people either oppose it, or don't care. Only an extremely small minority want it and obsess over it.
So no, this is blatantly not true, and I don't see the angle on this one.
I'm seeing a lot of people read it the way the article claims. That doesn't mean they're right, but it's how they see it.
No, Trump blamed election fraud. This is fake news.
Not saying you're wrong, but I'm seeing a lot of people read it the way the article claims.
Misleading headline. He said, "It wasn’t my fault that the Republicans didn’t live up to expectations in the MidTerms. I was 233-20! It was the “abortion issue,” poorly handled by many Republicans, especially those that firmly insisted on No Exceptions, even in the case of Rape, Incest, or Life of the Mother, that lost large numbers of Voters. Also, the people that pushed so hard, for decades, against abortion, got their wish from the U.S. Supreme Court, & just plain disappeared, not to be seen again. Plus, Mitch stupid $'s!"
I’ve heard it from a lot of people in a fairly red area. The zero exceptions pisses some people off, although I don’t think that’s why we had poor performance. My guess is cheating, and republican sabotage
I have a suspicion the SC dropped this to give Dems a reason to vote.
I hope I a wrong.
President Trump already clearly called out election rigging in the midterms, so is he saying the cheating could have been overcome with some changes in approach? Especially where the issue of abortion is concerned?
Or, is he sending a signal that is more future focused? President Trump is the most pro-life President in history. He set the stage to successfully overturn Roe. My read on this post, plus some interview comments he gave on abortion, is he is saying we’ve accomplished something momentous and failed to capitalize on it.
We have stopped Dems killing millions of babies, including full term and babies who survived abortions. And, in spite of this remarkable achievement, pro-life groups sat on the sidelines in the election, they basically disappeared.
Obviously he’s calling out some candidates who pushed the no exceptions position when they should have been focused on first reducing abortions in their states. Like it or not he is being realistic. When politicians try to make zero exceptions for abortion, we often end up with more lenient laws than what could have been achieved.
We should accept more killing of babies. Yeah...that will make us successful. Maybe we should also accept family-friendly pervert clown groomer dance-offs. Better still, why don't we start pushing to be the party of minor-attracted people so we can really show those democrats we can out-commie them.
When you make a deal with the Devil, what do you think is the result?
I blame the politicians who lost because they just sit back and cry instead of fighting back for our votes, demanding audits, suing for fraud, etc. This led me to believe my vote was worthless so why bother.
Kari has more balls than any of them.
He's not wrong.
Just because most of us think something is morally right doesn't mean everyone does.
