I honestly read about a year ago that an international court had already came to this conclusion regarding Poland annexing western Ukraine to restore pre WW2 borders. I remember talking to a professor about this when the war broke out in March that this was already a brokered deal.
Yeah. Medvedev has brought it up in recent months during a presser and Putin actually brought it up originally back in April or May.
Putin figuratively stated "yeah, Stalin redraw the map after WWII so who would blame Poland if they decided to take actions towards reclaiming lost territory".
The statement was a bit tounge-in-cheek, but like any good Putin blurb, it was designed to cause multiple effects no doubt.
In many ways, the British, who had been arming themselves for over five years jumped into a war against Germany when they really should have joined them against Poland, who, in a blind hatred, were the ones killing innocent civilians, and conducting raids over the border to do the same. But, Churchill was very persuasive on that radio. He was a war historian, but I believe he had a blind spot against Germans, possibly due to WW1.
It is weird how parallels can be drawn currently. The Ukrainians were committing genocide against Ukrainian Russian speakers, but yet Russia is the bad guy, according to the blinded, propagandized West.
I agree with @Strelnieks, that we need to keep an eye on the Poles, although I am on the fence about this. Ukraine was a patchwork created in a time when it was a theory that making a nation of different ethnicities was a path to world peace. A piece of Poland was carved off by the Soviets, including the beloved Polish city Lvov.
Perhaps it would be a good thing for Poland to reclaim those lands. The question is: at what costs? Perhaps they would do that when Ukraine was already on its knees, and they would in effect rescue the Western Ukraine from a fate of poverty. Would the Poles meet Russian opposition, because the Poles would be seen as NATO forces? I don't know.
Chamberlain met w AH apparently FIVE times and could find no reason for war. He was replaced by (((Winston Churchill))), supported by a group of banksters headed by (((Bernard Baruch))) and an interest group called "FOCUS." WC's debts were taken care of and he was allowed to continue drinking alcoholically, gambling recklessly and all he had to do was one thing:

There's talk about Poland pulling a page out of Germany's history book and annexing former territory in Western Ukraine.
Russian media has even date fagged May as when this will occur.
