With very little repercussions...therefore McCarthy neither fears nor respects the law...maybe Nancy gave him some tips on how to circumvent the system.

Every couple of years they offer a sacrificial lamb of insider trading to give the guise of actually going after corruption. Unfortunately it's always some small time player and never anyone at the top of the pyramid.
