It could be part of The Plan. IMO; the McCarthy oppossed Repubs are stalling for some reason. Could it be the SCOTUS - Brunson case on Jan 6th? If SCOTUS rules and has the power to adjudicate to remove the 388 members; the Speakership could be a moot point! Though I've seen reports that both McCarthy & Jordan were not among those 388 members who breached their oath of office on Jan 6, 2021. They may be needed for continutity of gov't while so many seats will have special elections to fill the void.
This is most likely wishful thinking, but could happen. Can anyone envision the scope of not just removing 388 members of congress, but also the aftermath and filing those vacant seats! We are living in unprecedented times and could only hope for the best with little risk to the American People (Deep State retaliation).
I ask myself, why would SCOTUS need to expedite the Brunson case to view it's viability now?
Trump could be reinstated for the remaining two years of Biden's term and then be re-elected for another four years. This would definitely follow through with the military operation to clean up the swamp, re-organize the massive and bloated fed gov't and get legislation passed for a MAGA-America First agenda.
This Brunson case can also be used as leverage over the Senate. If the House legislates and the Senate does not act the Brunson case can be used as leverage to get the Senate to vote. Recall, there is legislation of packing the SCOTUS. This is leverage for that as an example.
Force their hand or else, members will be removed. Let's see what happens in the next couple of weeks...

I dont know but Trump wants McCarthy in and there must be a reason. He knows what is going on more than we do.
He will do a Good maybe even a Great job. -DJT
Anyone care to posit on what becomes of these geniuses if the SC does the right thing ala Brunson and the cleanup squad heads to the house?
There are no coincidences. They don't want to swear in the new congress members because they know the Investigations follow and they're finished.
