The Ukrainian people haven’t benefitted from any of that. Foreign aid never gets to the common man. It goes to government officials of both countries.

The use of the descriptor Ukraine doesn't include the people. Never has and Russia cares more for Ukrainian people than the Ukrainian nazis.
