I think DJT has a different role in all of this. He would be a GREAT Speaker, but we don't need him on the front lines like that. Who might be someone who would bring back proper debate and transparency of the House business?

The Speaker does NOT have to be a member of Congress. Who else?
Nothing is what it seems. All are controlled opposition. There are advantages to being a ____ denier (insert whatever into the blank) on any super controversial topic. If you are, for example, an election denier, you will attract anyone who want's to talk about one side of other arguments, but don't believe that one. That keeps those people from going to "the other side."
Until we learn what confirmation bias really is and how it controls us all, all sides must have an echo chamber they feel safe in. How that echo is used is important. I suggest it is the echo chambers, and the control of them, that is one of the most important battlegrounds of the war.
