I wonder if the next play, in case of refusal to bring the case to hearing, is to file suit against any and all justices who refuse to uphold their own oaths of office.
Civilians can’t file anything in military courts - and any military court is still subordinate to SCOTUS per the Constitution. Not dooming, just giving facts.

File suit where? It’s the Supreme Court - there is no higher court to seek judgement from.
This. Military tribunals are the way. When scotus protests, just ask them, yeah you and what army?
