I’m getting a little chub now that my metabolism isn’t as fast as when I was 16. Anyone have any tips for someone without much experience with exercise?
To start, cut as much sugar from your diet as possible; sugar produces cravings. Stop all in between meal snacks. Push away from the table as soon as you feel satisfied. Fast for a day or two every few months. This should get you reducing without any need for significant exercise. Works for me.
