What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

I really miss stomach sleep.
I'm actually with you on this to some degree as I stopped for the same reason, but it's been long enough I don't really miss it anymore, I just remember it being preferred when I still did it.
My main gripe is if I do end up on my back, or switch to back for variation, it's a lot harder to keep from mouth-breathing once asleep (which is bad because not going thru sinuses = messes with nitric oxide in blood = worse sleep).
I understand about the mouth-breathing! I wear a mouthguard for TMJ, and it has helped me to that end and not breathing through quite as much. I have to remember to keep my chin tucked in to keep from arching my neck and causing spasms and eventual migraine. I'm falling apart! 😉
Believe it or not I taped my mouth shut at night for awhile (not-very-sticky medical tape) to train myself in this area, once I read about the importance vs not just drooling all over!
