It is easier to say in conversation because we have been trained to believe it. That is the fraud. The original constitution is purposefully designed to commit this fraud. The Bill of Rights takes this fraud to the next level. Take for example the fifth amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

I highlighted the last part to talk about it, but the entire thing is chock full of fuckery, designed to take away a persons rights and enslave them. The last part specifically states that We The People are subjects to the US Government, who is our Ruler. According to this document the Government has all Rights to all property, We The People (by and large involuntary signatories to the Treaty) do not have any Rights to property except at the pleasure of our Ruler, our Sovereign.

A constitution (Treaty) that gives explicit statements that all signatories to the Treaty are Sovereign, with an explicit exit clause (any Treaty that does not allow one to disengage without a declaration of war is fraudulent) makes the vast majority of our laws jurisdictionally fraudulent, and the Bill of Rights at best redundant, and at worst designed to take away the fundamental understanding of what Rights are, which leads to them being removed.
