I don’t accept in ‘consumer protection’ as a valid reason not be able to claim what one believes or knows. A private tv or radio station (for example) can choose not to run an ad they deem to be false, or a consumer can choose to not buy a product or service. The standard reasons against ‘false’ marketing don’t trump free speech or justify any central body deciding this way and that you what can or can’t be said.
I'm a huge supporter of free speech and completely agree with you there.
Do you believe the CDC and FDA have the right to lie about the vaxx effectiveness? Do doctors have the right to lie about the vaxx effectiveness and say, well the CDC says it's safe?
Using your logic, it is perfectly okay for the CDC and FDA to lie?
Is it okay for all of MSM and Big Tech to say the vaxx is effective and everyone should get it, plus the boosters?
Did the CDC have the right to lie about ivermectin and HCQ? Did they have the right to introduce hospital covid protocols because they can say whatever they want?
