It all depends on the motivation behind sharing/posting it here, and personally I think it would be unwise to assume too much based simply on conjecture.
For one, as someone else pointed out, this situation represents an avowed threat against our board and the whole community here. Isn't that relevant?
It's relevant if there is proof that the accused is the one who actually did it.
That's a relevant point. I'm assuming that modmail is something accessed by ALL mods. in which case, it's unreasonable to question whether the email itself arrived or not, because the entire mod team will have access to that.
There may be a possibility that someone is impersonating evspra, but then either that person ALSO has access to Cats5's identity, and is attempting to frame evspra, OR....
or the Chief Mod at GAW is running an elaborate and highly devious scam on the entire mod team and the entire board.
Why would the chief mod do that? What would be the conceivable motive?
I guess if you disbelieve the mod and or the mod team, or more, if you believe him or them capable of completely nefarious doings, then..... Well, what are you doing at GAW in the first place???? Trying to rescue the entire GAW board from an evil person?
Personally, I think that accusing the Chief mod of being a duplicitous and deceiving shyster is stretching it a bit far, if not actually destructive to the board itself.
It's one thing to question whether someone is larping as evspra, it's another thing entirely to accuse the Chief Mod of being an evil manipulative person with evil or slightly insane motives.
I'm not accusing Catsfive of anything, but calling into question that it's really Evspra. This person doesn't talk like Evspra did, and Evspra was in deep with all this. It'd be really weird for him to start trashing on us too.

His identity was made here MONTHS ago and of course many comments were deleted, as always... but it isnt like some big secret at this point on his identity. It was shitty for him to be doxxed in the first place, but at same time, it did bring up many questions from board members that went unanswered for awhile and I think many members at the time of those threads ended up banned or shadowbanned.
Why not just reach out to Evspara directly like I did? Wasn't very hard. Screenshots were provided, including the initial message that provoked his response referenced by the OP.

No, its not a threat against our board or the community and isnt really relevant. Its just a divisive thread to put wedge between members here, stir up drama, distract from more important things.
That's a big accusation there. Do you have any evidence to back it up, or should an assertion that attacks the integrity of the board and or the chief mod simply been accepted because <assertion>?

The deletion of the evspra account seems irrelevant. If evspra engaged with Cats or the mod team he could easily do so by making a different account and sending a message to modmail and then sign it as "evspra".

Evidence? The rest of the mod team certainly appear to be backing up the content of the OP. That surely counts as evidence (testimony).

The fact that evspra isn't even here (as evspra), or a part of this community any more, and furthermore that evspra is anon, highlights the point: what possible benefit is there to publicly and transparently sharing with the board this information?
If one is going to accuse the chief mod and the mod team of scamming the entire board, with zero evidence based on pure speculation, and with NO credibility assigned to the chief mod and mods for the work they do, then tell the shills and trolls to move over, because guess what? eyeroll You're doing their job.
