What about here in the United States?
US: https://www.ama-assn.org/practice-management/sustainability/liability-protections-health-care-professionals-during-covid-19
US org claims indemnification
That seems to be the 'fix'. Purported indemnification = immunity?...... However indemnification is-- "to compensate for damage or loss sustained, expense incurred, etc." "to guard or secure against anticipated loss; give security against (future damage or liability)."
Does this mean lawsuits are still a path for remedy when adverse effects cause harm and even death? It appears so, especially when the medical doctor has not provided informed consent and lied about the efficacy and safety of the 'clot shot'.
IMHO, there is a case to be made.
I agree that it's certainly arguable, and wouldn't go well for docs in a fair court.
They would then sue pharma, or gov, or their step bro.
Shootin gallery.
At the end of the day, what IS a doctor but an employee of pharma?
Why can't I be my own doctor?
I demand a prescription pad.
I demand cocaine available OTC at the gas station.
That's the America I want to live in.
There's the rub...
