Interesting that so many of the replies on that tweet (not here) are feeling sorry for the doctors. They are saying the government is throwing them under the bus.
Sure the government is absolving themselves of any responsibility (its still coming), but these doctors should have grown some balls. THEY KNEW BETTER more than anyone else!
Agreed ... But I think the focus should be at the top of the medical industry ... The doctors blindly administering jabs should be held accountable. Please don't think for a minute I'm ignoring them ... However, nothing fixes that industry unless those at the top are brought to justice. I believe that is the more important fight ... This right here. My cousin is the 2nd in charge at the largest University Hospital in our state. She has been there for over 30 years.
She holds her PHD, 2 doctorates & is a legit genius, IQ north of 190. Anywho, she told me that the President, who is from out of state & apart of some organizations we are all familiar with here, lied repeatedly to news, reporters, etc about the conditions, capacity, deaths, etc until she couldnt take it anymore.

Dear Medical Professional,
Administering of COVID-19 vaccination is likely not an indemnified action - this is notice of your obligations, rights, and potential risks.
On 2 July 2021 and 28 August 2021, the former Federal Government announced a proposed medical indemnity scheme for health professionals administering the COVID-19 vaccines. Recent correspondence from government advisers outlines that such an indemnity scheme was never established per se.
Unlike the case with manufacturers of COVID-19 vaccines, there appears to be no government liability protection beyond the vaccine injury ‘COVID-19 vaccine claims scheme’.
Government and AHPRA correspondence outline practitioners’ obligations to obtain informed consent. AHPRA defines informed consent in section 4.5 of the Good Medical Practice Code of Conduct. It is “a person's voluntary decision about health care that is made with knowledge and understanding of the benefits and risks involved.”
The Australian Immunisation Handbook further states:
For consent to be legally valid...It must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation...It can only be given after the potential risks and benefits of the relevant vaccine, the risks of not having it, and any alternative options have been explained to the person."
The High court’s decision of Rogers v Whittaker 1992 sets today’s precedent and standard for informed consent obligations. A doctor has a duty to warn a patient of any material risk involved in a proposed treatment, or else risk tortious liability from patients.
The 9 March 2021 joint statement by AHPRA and National Boards threatens regulatory action “for anti-vaccination messages in professional health practice, and any promotion of anti-vaccination claims, including on social media.” Regardless, evidence from reputable sources demonstrates that COVID-19 provisionally-approved vaccines have real known and unknown harms and immunocompromising effects. Doctors have a duty to warn patients of any material risks associated with the treatment as well as ensuring their decisions are being made without undue coercion.
We encourage you to be aware that under section 3.4.6 of the Good Medical Practice Code of Conduct, you have a right not to provide or directly participate in treatments to which you conscientiously object.

I get that "just following orders" is no excuse for what many of these doctors did ... But it seems like all of the focus is near the bottom of the food chain, not the top where it belongs. Our medical system is occupied by scum.

At the start at least here in Australia both drs and nurses were involved. Then it became pop up centres at the local hardware stores. That should have woken people up 🤦♀️
Hang them all for Crimes Against Humanity. I tried to tell so many of these so called professionals. I had studies that I tried to show them and everything. They didn't want to hear it because I was not an expert. So I say they should suffer the consequences for their actions. That'd be a start to fixing this planet. Consequences matter.

We need to careful what we wish for. These Med professionals are certainly responsible for what they did and I have no pity for them.
If I was the CCP however, and and it was part of my plan ("Covid panic, Stage 2") to destroy the public health of a competing nation, that would also include destroying the availability of medical care givers.
It could come to a point while we are gleefully handing out executions to these Medical dupes, that wea at the same time make the availability of Health care workers increasingly scarce to the general public.

That seems to be the 'fix'. Purported indemnification = immunity?...... However indemnification is-- "to compensate for damage or loss sustained, expense incurred, etc." "to guard or secure against anticipated loss; give security against (future damage or liability)."
Does this mean lawsuits are still a path for remedy when adverse effects cause harm and even death? It appears so, especially when the medical doctor has not provided informed consent and lied about the efficacy and safety of the 'clot shot'.
IMHO, there is a case to be made.
