Why do round earthers get so emotional when someone doesn't agree with them?

Q/GreatAwakening is the focus here. Flat Earth posts lead to heated fights and takes away from that focus.
Long-running, conclusive/inconclusive debates over conspiracies like flat earth, big foot, ufo's, mermaids, ghosts, faries, lockness monsters, and other similar things unrelated to greatawakening.win are not permitted, and must go to conspiracies.win.
The users of greatawakening.win work under the assumption the earth's shape is a globe. If the flat earth debate is settled and proves that assumption wrong, this community will revisit that assumption at that time.
tl;dr: if you want to talk flat earth here, get to conspiracies.win to prove it to the world, then we can start talking of it here.
For fucks sake. Can we stop forum sliding with this garbage. Take it to conspiracy.win
The earth is not flat. No cognitive dissonance, see? It's simple, provable, and not stressful. Anyone with a decent understanding of calculus can prove it without leaving their room and just looking at the window.
On some other topics, have you heard of a poisoned well?
It's called cognitive dissonance and a whole lot of people are suffering from it when it comes to this topic and the proof is because they cannot hold an intelligent conversation about it to address some of the obvious questions. It is the same cognitive dissonance those who took the jab experience when they realize the truth of what they have done. Change is difficult for people in general and this is a whole new concept they just can't get their heads around.
Wait until all the truths start coming out and people realize we have been lied to about just above everything.
Agreed. Question everything!
Nobody:
OP: Stop attacking my ideas!
I looked into flat earth. My take away is that it's used to discredit real conspiracy.
The earth isnt flat, but flat earthers bring up interesting talking points.
Like why is no one allowed in Antarctica?
I think flat earth is used to end the conversation there. But it's hiding the real answer. My guess is there and an elite civilization there, and they don't want people finding out.
Remember when fit bit data was hacked, and it shows a lot of activity in Antarctica.
Antarctica is perfect for hiding a civilization. It's isolated, and you can use the temperature difference that a contained city can produces vs the cold weather to produce energy (Nitinol turbines).
And at the same time, they can be like oh you believe in Q, I bet you also think the earth is flat.
I think flat earth is pushed here hard by bad actors, granted I'm sure a chunk actually believe it.
How is this even Q related?
Based on the handy 'map' you posted (why arent all the lines parallel?), sailing the coast of Antarctica one would expect to travel about 2.4 times the distance compared to sailing the coast of Africa. Now all I need is a ship and supplies for about 5 years.
Flat Earth is simple well poisoning. I did manage to find a flat earther to debate once, but they fled the debate when I pointed out they were using the opposite claim in one argument that they relied upon in an earlier argument. I enjoyed it, it is often a challenge to spot the hidden erroneous assumptions they use.
Flat earthers make claims, usually based on a frame-of-reference error, but they never debunk the proofs for globe earth. I put it to this one flat earther "how is it that I can call a friend in Australia and it is daytime there but night time where I am" this led to the claim that light gradually slows down and eventually stops. I guess the sun is there at night but just too far away?
It is just very difficult to find a flat earther that understands flat earth enough to explain it, I have not met one.

I doubt anyone becomes emotional when laughing at the flat earthers, you clowns might be mistaking laughter, scorn, mirth, astonishment with emotions.
Here you go, there are many other easy ways to satisfy yourself, believe as you will.
