I haven’t complied from day one, and when I have to take my normie other half to the hospital, it stays on my chin. I hate that it’s on my face, but I refuse to cover anything. It only takes one look at my face from a nurse or other employee to know not to say anything to me. I’d not start anything and just leave if they did, but “that look” is always there, whether they care (which, truly, I don’t think they do and are just playing along to keep their jobs) or not.
I learned a good lesson in shopping locally during the initial hysteria, by walking out of anywhere that told me to put a mask on.
I did the same - walked out - but I added over my shoulder, "Happy bankruptcy!" And I will never darken their door again.
There was a sub shop cashier that offered me a paper mask. The owner was standing right next to her. I said I have one in my car so I walked out, got in my car and left in full view of the owner. This was almost 2 years ago and I haven't been back since. I wonder if the owner changed his policy thanks to me? I guess I'll never know! Mind you, this was at the time that you could remove your mask if you were seated, but not standing up. TRUST THE SCIENCE, BIGOT!
I do the same thing if a business is 'cashless'.
