Curious, were you able to actually hear and understand the words clearly in person? or was it a typical loudspeaker type PA system which is next to useless?
No way we could hear without the PA system. I managed to get standing room only tickets and I was right behind the last row of seats. I got up at 2 in the morning, made my way down to the capitol building really early, made sure my bladder was empty, went through the TSA check points, rushed to get the best possible position, and then stood for 6 hours in the cold waiting to see my President - the one I had been waiting for all my life. I'll also never forget the day Q first dropped on 4chan. I've been aware of the cabal for a LONG time. Back in the 80s when I was a young one, some of us knew that Kennedy was murdered by the CIA.
My husband and I were there. That day was amazing! I knew something was up when I saw Melania look like Jackie O in the blue. We had big screen TVs set up on along the sides of standing room only sections.
I didn’t notice the military. The speech was amazing but different. I remember the media started talking about how dark it was and we didn’t think that at all.
Two fun things that day. The people singing “Na na na na, na na na na, Hey-ay-ay good bye” to Obama when they showed him and Michelle coming out of the White House to meet the Trumps.
Then on the parade, the people chanting “CNN sucks” to the CNN truck. I remember John Roberts coolly looking at us from his flatbed as we all did it.
My friend in his 60s was so sore he didn't even go to the fireworks that night... The fireworks show at the Lincoln Memorial was one to remember. It was the best celebration I've ever seen!
I guess I wasn't too clear. Of course there would have to be some kind of amplification system but I was wondering if you could actually clearly hear/understand his speech as it was happening, because, while watching the inauguration at home, I could hardly believe what I was hearing as Trump dressed down Bho and most of congress during his address. I thought I was misunderstanding that he was insulting these people who were sitting within feet of him. Regarding the PA system, I was trying to ask about the feeling in the crowd as he was making those specific remarks, to see if the onsite crowd got what was happening at the time. Most PA systems are junk and terribly inadequate. Would hope for a Presidential Inauguration there would be a better setup than that typically found at football games and airports.

Yeah, I didn't think the speech was "dark" at all... I remember booing Chuck Schumer with the crowd! People were upset about that also! HAHAHAHA.
Sounds like jan6 tbh. My feet were never so cold as standing in that lawn for hours waiting

Yeah. We heard what was being said and we were cheering!
