Because electronic communications are being monitored. Elon probably has a DCIF at Twitter headquarters.

Agreed! They’re not going to be sending things out digitally, not in the screwed up world that we live in. They must have things really locked up tight somewhere on the Twitter campus.

Not send it out digitally? That's how they send it to us after THEY review. We shouldn't be complacent to trust "experts" to tell us what is there. One person's expert is another's Deep State Agent.
