Something very odd has happened over at p.win. There is very little talk about Trump, it’s basically a news aggregator now. I feel as if the site has been taken over by bad actors. If it can happen there, it can happen here. I know I am a handshake account, but my last account had a Pepe and I’ve been around since the T_D days. I came to GA in 2020 after the election was stolen and I was just in shock at what I saw. Be vigilant patriots!
Edit: after reviewing all comments, including mod input, I am not alone. Something has happened to patriots.win. My takeaway is that we need to really work as a team to help the mods manage this place by deporting all suspected shills, trolls, and bots. Let’s go patriots! THIS TRAIN HAS NO BRAKES!!!!!! NCSWISC!!!!!!!!
"Modnotes," basically, yeah. Like, if someone leaves a racist comment and we remove it, we might record its URL in the mod notes and add, "Watch for racism/division" so other mods know. Pretty much no action gets taken by one of the mods here without checking the mod notes. This generally increases mod accuracy and ensures that mod decisions can be defended when (inevitably) we get the "you modses and your Reddit overlordsez!" modmails in reply. :D
Also, sometimes when we see high-effort comments, I'll tag someone's username with a different colour. I use green to highlight our special, hardest-working frogs so that I can stop and enjoy their comments (or sticky their posts). We have a lot of green accounts on our WIN (and here in this thread), actually, lots of heavy lifters. It's wonderful, absolutely majestic to see, herds of frogs spreading across our enemy's narratives, laying waste to entire weeks worth of very, very expensive PR. LOL
This kind of sounds nefarious but if used properly can have great benefits.
With great power comes great responsibility!
I would love to see the users in the highlighted green.
If could totally be nefarious if the mod notes were populated by your ESG score or something!
Is that my environmental score? 🤣
I use Opera browser. I don't know how I got that ability, I just noticed the feature a while back and started tagging. You don't see it? When I hover over your name, I see a little "tag" icon, and pressing that allows me to change your username's colour. I don't know how I got this.
Haha, I use Opera on mobile as well.
This is fantastic. Wonderful. I'll do my best to "go green" in the frog army.
Thanks for all you do!
I must be listed as a keto loving glowfag at this point
This actually sounds like a really good thing. Are you subject to FOI requests? Asking for a Fren ;)
