The only way that happens is with fixed elections. COMPLETELY fixed elections. Oh, and all the criminals going to prison, or Gitmo. I am also 100% for putting every single person who is found guilty of voter fraud in prison for many years. Even at the lowest levels. WHEN they are released, if ever, make it a felony for any of them to touch a ballot.
