I think these docs fiasco's may lead to HRC and will open up that investigation again! First it was Trump's docs, then Biden's, next was Pence. Now we're hearing of Obama's docs. Who's next, HRC! This gets into the Russia/U-one deal. And the HRC server firewalls relaxed so that China could hack in for the classified data.
Hell, she had her server wiped, and not with a cloth, after she was ordered not to and she got a pass. I would love to see her in prison!

This GOP Congress doesn't have time to threaten or give warning! This ought to be laid out in the request. "You are requested to appear before the committee on [date] and [time] for the purpose...... Your immediate response to this request must be received by [date]. If the response is not received by [date], a subpoena to appear before this committee will follow."
The subpoenas should have been already drafted with a courier standing by. Their game is to delay, delay, and delay for a better day. The GOP does NOT have this time. None of this is hard to anticipate.
A motion for a lawsuit ought to be in the making right now. They ought to expect the subpoena to be challenged.

I am aware of this, but why should they respond to something that did not yet exist. That's like me sending a legal notice to someone when I have no authority to make them respond. Now that Jordan is in a position of authority, he needs to act pronto, or as you Brits say - with "bloody urgency".
They were already elected, just not seated yet is my guess...
I love Jordan, but seriously, just shoot first, and ask questions later. Hit them with subpoenas as a first action- they're all guilty. They don't need, nor deserve any kind of warnings. Hurt them, any way, and every way conceivable- and even better if it's a big surprise.

DOJ charged him, not Congress. Congress can't arrest you. Congress can only recommend prosecution, you don't think those bastards on the J6th committee would have loved to arrest Trump.
