London is lost, within a generation it will fully resemble a 3rd world country.. Within two generations England will have fallen too. America is only a single generation behind England.

If you've been to London recently, you'll understand that they have no choice. That's now your typical "Londoner".
Last time I was there, the only people that I heard speaking English on the Underground (train) was a Dutch couple visiting. (There was also a drunken Glaswegian but I have no idea what he was saying.)
Demographics = Destiny, as they say
London will get what they value... a mostly incompetent, but 'diverse' police force.
It is their 'strength' after all.
