What were the seasonings if I may ask?
Organic tomato sauce, Swiss Gruyère and Emmental cheese, ground pepper and garlic.

When I have some, I add goat cheese on top, and also black olive paste. Anchovies also go well along.
Aaaand I forgot the tomato sauce on my monthly trip to town. Long jaunt back to store. I’ll find some home made canned sauce from somebody. Better anyway. I’m looking forward to trying this.
