The nitpicker in me has to say:
I personally know someone with XX male syndrome.
He is one of my best friends, he has never lied to me, and I have zero reason to distrust him when he tells me he has this.
HOWEVER. This disorder is extremely rare, about 1 in 20,000 men, and even THAT seems far more common than it is.
Yup.
Or a genetic XY with complete androgen insensitivity syndrome (CAIS) will be born female, look female, and will wonder why she didn't develop as big of breasts as her peers. They usually find out during a gynecological exam, as they lack a uterus. Which mean some of these women didn't even know until they tried and failed to have children.
Here's the thing: this IS very rare. And if they tried to "transition" to male (most don't) to match their chromosomes, they're going to have more trouble than normal FTM transsexuals because their body blocks androgen.
Based and red pilled peeps don't have a problem with real, legit medical stuff.
It's the weirdos.
Yes. People with genetic disorders deserve our genuine sympathy.
