Perhaps some will take 5-10 years or longer to manifest other symptoms/death.

Within the SAME batch of vials in a lot, with the SAME lot number, the manufacturers could change up to 49% of the ingredients without permission or notification to anyone, since it had the emergency authorization.

I don't see any of these mad scientists passing up the chance to do an experiment on much of the world.
