Eat as much real, nutrient dense food as possible. The more variety, the better. I make golden honey to have in my herbal tea; raw honey mixed with turmeric. I add ashwagandha to it as well. My herbal tea are fresh and dried herbs from my garden.
Interesting…can you be more specific on ratio? Do you add the turmeric to the honey or just add both to your tea? I have a jar of straight turmeric but not with blk pepper…
I put a 1/4 cup of honey to 1 tablespoon of Turmeric (using actual measuring cups/spoons). I then add a teaspoon of Ashwagandha as well. Mix the spices well into the honey. I keep this in a separate jar to add to my tea.
“…I also drink cocoa to replace essential copper…” Lol…any excuse for chocolate, ammiright? Jk…I love chocolate and now you’ve given me a reason…😄
Pistachios are high in copper, great on salads (if you didn’t already know). Costco sells in 1.5 lb. bags (shelled). Good price.
You have a brand preference for Tumeric/blk pepper? I need to get some.
