It all depends on your skin’s tolerance to the sun but I use Coconut oil applied after shower and before drying off along wit the use hats, long sleeve shirts, and long pants.
I was going to look up….natural sunscreen because it was a topic of conversation recently. But I generally go without.

Nothing. Just don't be in it too long without clothing.
Look into Astaxanthin. It has many health benefits including natural sun protection.
