Why is the article noteworthy?
Because the timing of this article, by a highly respected old-school journalist, may well indicate a soon-to-arrive direct escalation towards the "scare event / precipice" because it directly accuses, and appears to offer ample evidence in details, the US govt (under Biden) of an Act of War on Russia.
Moreover, the article IS gaining traction in mass media, as a search in Google (even) shows. So, it's VERy relevant to the current narrative creation, and will have some impact on normie world.

Normally a Google search on such a sensitive subject would draw blanks or poor quality returns.
On this it’s bringing up dozens of international press stories from the last 24 hours relating to his Nordstream article.
Only the WhiteHouse is disputing it.
I’m thinking back to Trump and his Russia Collusion where he said that people win Pulitzers for the reporting and should return them.
Now we have a true “old school “ Pulitzer winner bringing forward a plausible theory for the Nordstream sabotage.
Until now all we had was a James Bond style text from the Brit PM saying “ it’s done”.
The second half of that PowerHour was phenomenal.
