I believe there was either legislation or an executive order under Reagan that created immunity for big pharma.

Makes me wonder how many and how long vaccines, and other meds, have been Pentagon projects

National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.

I believe there's three reasons why they call this experimental shot a "vaccine"...

To take advantage of this non-liability act.
To take advantage of the EUA loophole for vaccines.
To take advantage of the fact that most people mistakenly believe that vaccines are safe and effective.

Spanish flu was actually bacterial meningitis (detected at the time and proven by exhumation autopsies), started by horribly executed vaccine experiments on soldiers who fell violently ill but were sent to Europe for the war anyway.
