I can tell you, having flown there and above many times.
It's usually very clear at that altitude, so it is called "visibility unlimited".
Can't see the curvature of the earth though.
Airliners usually stop at 40,000 feet, but there are several business jets that can fly as high as 51,000 feet.
I once watched the sun set out the right window while watching the moon rise out the left window; this was at 45,000 feet going Bozeman to Houston.
It's also extremely cold up there.
So why no curvature at that level?
Oh there's curvature...it's just not detectable. From 45,000 feet you can "only" see about 250 miles.

Ex rotary pilot here, never reached 40,000 got to work at around 10,000' but preferred 25' AGL!
That's nose bleed level up there at 40,000.
