Um, NATO? This Washington Post headline says "Ukraine's rocket campaign reliant on US precision targeting".That's YOU guys, feeding GPS coordinates to the HIMARS missiles we gave Ukraine. And on Jan. 28th, a hospital in Novoyadar was targeted killing 14. That's a WAR CRIME. (see top comment)

U.S. "precision targeting"?
well... precision-ish. Still working on that.
Except, the hospital was not an accidental target. The HIMARS missiles were also used, for instance, to target the barracks that the Russians were using, killing 63 soldiers. Unfortunately, those barracks are a legitimate combatant target, but the hospitals are not legal targets under the Geneva Convention.
If Dod subbed that out to the USPS then they are with in their acceptable error rate for delivery
