Thank you, I knew something about that quote wasn't quite right. If what one is stubbornly striving for is God's will he will bless it. If we stubbornly strive to fulfill our own will God will let us get to the end of ourselves and discover we need Him.
The universe and all its entirety is literally the mind of God dreaming. Just like we can crate and change things in our dreams when we learn that we are dreaming and learn to control those dreams. The creator also dreams, and doing so he gets to experience his creation in all of us. It’s a beautiful thing, the illusion that we come alone into the world and die alone is lifted once we realize this fact.
God is not the universe. God created the universe. Important distinction.
What you said is like saying a painter's painting is literally his mind. No, but the painting is indeed a creation of the printer's mind. And the mind of the painter can be known through his works.
The primordial mind’s first desire was the desire the create yes. Just like when you think, those thoughts become ideas, those ideas become words, and speech becomes vibrations. I never said the universe was God. I said the universe exist within the mind of God, and the universe is mental because it’s all the idea of God born from the desire to create.

magic -> miracles
"the universe" -> God
It still works I think.

Works for me.
I used to write. I liked to use the word "magic" as a blanket term for any deliberately-invoked supernatural phenomena.
My thoughts exactly.
