Are there any supplements anyone else is familiar with that I can take besides this? My low is to low and my high is to high, according to them. I’ve looked at my daily foods and can hardly find anything that has cholesterol in it, other than milk. Could I lose 5-8 lbs, sure..would that make a difference?

Typed in my numbers and it gave me a 3.4%(Low) for ASCVD. Only recommendation was take blood pressure medication. Which I’m on. I’ve been “high normal” since I was a teenager. And only recently been on a pressure pill, well a few yrs now. And since then my pressure has been dead on. I mentioned earlier about my thyroid. Seven yrs ago I had to get it nuked because I went into hyperthyroidism. Since then my numbers kinda went haywire. But overall all has been well until this statin…which I called the doctor this morning and she said get off asap. She mentioned fish oil tablets and clean up the diet. Which to be honest I need to. Looking at me you would think, in shape, toned/muscular ….but it’s not how I feel. With my body I’ve always kinda just ate what I wanted cause I wasn’t overweight. With my job being very physical, construction, and I used to work out everyday on top of that. I just started with a lot of joint pain. So I had to cut back on the working out. Work was bad enough. In the meantime I let my diet go because feel good food and drink made me feel good! But she is catching up with me. That’s been about two years. Election crap started it. So yea I need to clean that up again. Could be my main problem.
So ... you are on them, and yet the only recommendation is to ... get on them?
If you eat a diet that pushes up blood pressure, then using a drug that lowers blood pressure will sort of "even it all out" to "normal."
But wouldn't a BETTER solution be to STOP eating a diet that pushes it up in the first place? If you did, then you could get OFF the drug that artificially lowers it.
And ... "doctors" have destroyed your thyroid, rather than figure out how to SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
This is typical of that industry.
FINALLY! A doctor who might have some common sense!
Yes, we know. You have MANY reasons to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ... yet you refuse.
Why?
If you figure THAT out, maybe you can solve your health problems (for the most part -- a missing thyroid will always be a problem).
It IS your main problem.
It was NEVER cholesterol that was the problem. It was ALWAYS sugar.
There was FRAUD decades ago to make people think otherwise.
