Well it's still asymmetric warfare, but it seems that infrastructure is the higher priority target now over the previous favorite small population group terror events (aka mass shootings).
Also the infrastructure targets are also apparently being chosen based on the highest probability that the initial attack event will create a secondary impact from a regional area to multi state area (aka chemical release and ecological damage to the local population and/or the regional food, air, and water supplies).
2/13/23 WV Town Issues DO NOT DRINK WATER Order
Residents of Fort Gay, WV were ordered several days ago to not drink or bathe in their water. They are being provided bottled water and are able to get larger quantities of water in town. Residents have stated that the water smells like chemicals and is burning their skin. an issue that may have caused contamination by petroleum products

It looks to me like the white hats are bringing dangerous chemical shipments across the country to the normies attention now.
It looks like overkill to me but maybe that's what it takes.
