Thanks, this syncs up with the wind directions I looked up for the 5 days after the derailment. This is dated 8 February. When they burned that stuff massive amounts of HCl was formed in the air. Phosgene was another gas that was created. If there was precipitation that would have been a peril depending on how diluted the mix was.
