There's really nothing you can do except report it to the police. (Possibly anti-trafficking orgs as well; some anons here have posted resources with phone numbers.) It may have been a trap, or it may have been legit. But if they could contact you via comments on YouTube, they could also contact others. If it was recent, you could still report it.

Either way, you should not blame yourself today for what you didn't know then.
