He was involved with Heidi Fleiss (jewish Hollywood hooker handler). Sizemore had hard drug problems.

When he was younger, he starred in the movie Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man with Don Johnson and Mickey Rourke. He played an evil banker that was selling really bad drugs.

Very sad to hear. And a pity that his life went into ruin. He was capable of good work. I recommend "The Relic" (1997) as an example. He also had a good bit part in "Enemy of the State" (1998).
