Yeah. For some reason, with no veracity I ever found other than springing up here or in x22, the queen's death was supposed to be some signal that things are going down or accelerating in some unspecified manner.

Just some additional info:

Carter-Finley Stadium is home to the NC State Wolfpack college football team.

Obviously, the mascot is a wolf. Several different animals/breeds have been used over the years.

In 1978, President Jimmy Carter signed into law Amendments to the Endangered Species Act of 1978

It provided an array of sweeping changes including clearly defining terms in the original legislation from 1973 such as "critical habitats."

Among the changes:

1978, we reclassified the gray wolf as endangered at the species level (C. lupus) throughout the contiguous United States and Mexico, except for gray wolves in Minnesota which were classified as threatened.

Interestingly:

....the Trump administration finalized a rule removing Endangered Species Act protections for all gray wolves in the lower-48 states except for a small population of Mexican gray wolves in Arizona and New Mexico.

Just a funny little rabbit hole I thought I'd share.

Edit: One more aside: President Carter's SS codename was "Deacon." Wake Forest University, located in Winston Salem NC, is a storied rival of NC State in college athletics. Wake's mascot is the 'Demon Deacon'. Then again, ALL NC schools are MAJOR rivals on college sports, just thought I'd share from having lived in the area. 😄
