Nuclear waste isn't transported under military armed guard in the middle of the night. However it is true that there is a formal and regulated process on how it is done.
Perhaps they did away with it or it’s much less overt than it used to be. But I’ve sure seen it with my own eyes on the freeway many years back. Either way, point standing as you said, it’s taken more serious than regular ol’ hazmat
I truly hope this sort of info helps quell at least some of the fears around here. Not that these incidents aren’t worth examining, but examining from an informed perspective is pretty important to filter out the noise in my opinion.
I agree. However based on my observations this site and the comments from users indicates either a narrative push from infiltration or a certain "group" of people who have been allowed to keep a narrative repeating. Question everything and critical thinking is suppose to be a mantra promoted here, what I observe is a near majority of periscope parroting of particular view points devoid of these.
But all one can do is provide input, perhaps it helps.

There may be a rare case where armed escort has been used or is used. Standard protocols don't invoke those methods of security though.
But yes the levels and methods used are extraordinarily "more" than materials transported, falling into the umbrella of non radioactive hazardous.
