Unfortunately that format/utility works for users who have "community styles" turned on, but for users who don't have "community styles" turned on, it returns an error.
It's in the site Settings. 'Can't recall how to access it from mobile view, but from Desktop View (often toggled from within your browser Settings/Options), you'd click on the Gear next to your user id in the upper right hand corner of the page and would select "Settings". Make Settings change(s) and select "Save".

This format - https://qalerts.app/?q=%23%2334 where the "34" at the end is the drop number - works for all users.
I guess my community styles is turned on, but I have no idea what community styles is or what it means.
It's not something every user configures.

Thanks. I stand corrected
