I am no lawyer, but I know there is a law called "fiduciary duty." This is is the obligation a party has to act in another party's best interest. This would absolutely for compensated Board of Director members. If there was not such a law, Corporation X could just constantly pay moles to undermine their competitors.
Of course it happens, but because of the threat of the law prevents it a lot. If some anti PV paid off the BOD, there would be serious legal repercussions if this was proved.
From JOK's descriptions, it sounds like some of these officers may have committed several cases of hostile slander also.
From JOK's descriptions, it sounds like the BOD's actions were very poorly planned and coordinated. Their reasons were filled with falsehoods and inconsistencies.
Likewise, JOK constantly mentions "we recorded this meeting." "We saved copies of this text message."
If this goes to court, and I think it will, these BOD's are toast. Think of the loyalty JOK has from of his journalists. Likewise, many of these BOD officers are likely to be turning on each other when testifying under oath.
What do you think? Trouble coming for the BOD?
They don't care. Because a pissed off Pfizer is a bigger problem than getting sued for breach of fiduciary duty
I think it's funny that the Board of directors of project fucking veritas wouldn't expect o'keefe to record everything. it's what the man does for aliving, for fuck's sake...
Or his journalist to hand over private text messages the board sent to them. It's what they do!
On top of that, what whistleblower would/could ever trust this company enough to come forward with inside information ever again? The entire mission of project V is totally compromised.
I wonder...
do you think it's possible O'keefe orchestrated this whole thing as a way to get PV out of NYC? not saying he did, but it would be hilarious if true...
JOK was wearing a mike like the one that caught the Phizer guy!!!!!....OOOPS!!!π€π€π€π€π€π€π€
π― % this. Totally agree with you. And Iβm not a lawyer either. So if itβs obvious to us as non lawyers; think about what the lawyers will do to the board. They seriously fu.
He mentioned lawyers several times, so yes.
Iβm sure the book deals will overwhelm any damages.
The PV Board is not compensated.
